Dr Katherine Philips, professor of Leadership and Ethics and Senior Vice Dean at Columbia Business School talks about her work observing decision making amongst diverse and homogenous groups. The results show undeniably that diverse groups deliver better results. There is, however more to her findings, we here at Blush Cloud were very keen to understand why this is actually happening.
