At the start of 2020, at the very last live conference, I went to - FutureBuild I had the pleasure of speaking to Brian Ward, an editor at the RICS. I was… wo-manning the Women in BIM stand just before my talk, and the conversation naturally moved towards diversity and inclusion and Brian kindly invited me to write a piece for the Property Journal.
